شرایط اخذ پیمانکاری رتبه ۵ شرکت‌های راه و ترابری
۱. ثبت رسمی و قانونی شرکت پیمانکاری راه و ترابری (حمل و نقل سابق)
۲. داشتن سوابق تحصیلی معتبر و مرتبط (حداقل مدرک لیسانس در رشته‌های فنی و مهندسی) برای دست‌کم دوسوم از اعضا
۳. ترکیب اعضای هیئت مدیره باید به یکی از شکل‌های زیر باشد:
یک نفر مهندس با حداقل هفت سال سابقه کاری مستند به بیمه و یک نفر نیروی فنی بدون سابقه کار.
دو نفر مهندس فنی با حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه راه مستند به بیمه.
گفتنی است که در حالت اول، شرکت رتبه پنج راه و ترابری فقط در یک رشته می‌تواند تقاضا دهد. اما در حالت دوم که دو نفر نیروی باسابقه در آن حضور دارند می‌تواند برای دو رشته تقاضانامه پر کند. توجه به این نکته هنگام خرید و فروش شرکت رتبهدار پیمانکاری راه و ترابری بسیار حائز اهمیت است.

۱. مدارک ثبتی شرکت. (اساسنامه، تقاضانامه برای شرکت پیمانکاری راه و ترابری با مسئولیت محدود، اظهارنامه برای شرکت پیمانکاری راه و ترابری سهامی خاص، روزنامه رسمی تاسیس و آخرین تغییرات.)

۵. اگر مجموعۀ شما از قبل دارای گرید بوده است و حالا قصد ارتقای آن را دارید، باید تاییدیه آن را نیز ارائه بدهید.
۶. پرداخت هزینه اخذ رتبه ۵ شرکت راه و ترابری. (این مبلغ متغیر است و یکی از معیارهای اساسی در تعیین قیمت فروش رتبه پیمانکاری یا واگذاری شرکت‌های رتبهدار راه و ترابری است.)
