رستوران‌ها اعم از رستوران‌‌های سنتی ایرانی، رستوران‌‌های ملل و فست‌فودها و همچنین کترینگ‌ها امروزه به یکی از ارکان مهم زندگی شهری در آمده‌اند. امروزه کاربرد غذاخوری‌ها دیگر از تفریح و وقت‌گذرانی فراتر رفته است و بسیاری از افراد ناهار خود وقتی که در محل کار حضور دارند، شام خود وقتی که مهمان دارند و حتی صبحانه‌ی خود را هم از این رستوران‌ها تامین می‌کنند. از طرفی هم امروزه همه‌ی ما از مفهوم برندینگ زیاد شنیده‌ایم. ولی برندینگ با ثبت برند چه تفاوتی دارد و همچنین ثبت برند رستوران، فستفود و کترینگ چه اهمیتی دارد؟
تفاوت مفاهیم برندینگ و ثبت برند
برندینگ به تمام مراحل پروسهی ساخت و پرورش یک برند گفته می‌شود.
ثبت برند به انجام روال قانونی و ثبت یک نام تجاری به نام یک یا چند فرد گفته می‌شود.
با این تعاریف، ممکن است که شما سال‌ها مالک یک رستوران یا فستفود باشید و برای اینکه نام مجموعه‌ی شما به عنوان یک رستوران خوب شناخته شود بسیار تلاش و تبلیغات کرده باشید، ولی اقدام به ثبت برند رستوران خود در محضر قانون نکرده باشید.
ضرورت ثبت برند رستوران، فستفود و کترینگ
تصور کنید که شما یک رستوران یا فست‌فودی را راه‌اندازی می‌کنید. ابتدا یک نام و یا حتی یک لوگو برای آن انتخاب می‌کنید و سال‌ها تلاش می‌کنید که نام رستوران و حتی لوگوی آن به عنوان یک رستوران لوکس، دنج، خوش-قیمت و یا حتی شلوغ و پرمشتری بر سر زبان‌ها بیفتد. به این پروسه برندینگ گفته می‌شود. ولی شما یک نکته مهم را فراموش کرده‌اید. از دید قانون برند شما وجود خارجی ندارد! شما نیاز دارید تا نام و حتی لوگوی رستوران و یا فستفود خود را نزد مراجع قانونی ثبت کنید. چرا؟ چون اگر اقدام به ثبت آن نکنید هر شخص دیگری میتواند از نام و حتی لوگوی رستوران، فستفود و یا کترینگ شما به طور عمدی و یا حتی غیرعمدی سوءاستفاده کند و حاصل سال‌ها تلاش و هزینه‌ی شما را برای برندینگ به باد دهد.

- تصویر شناسنامه و کارت ملی
- تصویر مجوز فعالیت
- برای ثبت برند لاتین نیاز به ارائه تصویر کارت بازرگانی هم است.
*** مجوز فعالیت میتواند جواز تاسیس، پروانه بهرهبرداری، پروانه ساخت، جواز کسب یا کارت بازرگانی و یا هرگونه گواهی فعالیت صادره از نهادهای قانونی باشد.

مراحل ثبت برند رستوران، فستفود و کترینگ
به دو روش می‌توانید اقدام به ثبت برند رستوران، فستفود و یا کترینگ خود کنید. ساده‌تر این است که از سامانه هوشمند ثبت برند آسانثبت استفاده کنید و با کمترین زحمت و هزینه صفر تا صد مراحل ثبت برند را برون‌سپاری کنید.
روش دوم این است که به وبسایت iripo.ssaa.ir مراجعه کنید و مراحل زیر را در آن طی کنید. نسب به روش اول، این روش زمان‌بر و پردردسر است.
- مشخصات مالک برند رستوران را تکمیل کنید
- مدارک مورد نیاز را آپلود کنید
- اطلاعات و مدارکی را که بارگزاری کرده‌اید تایید کنید
- هزینه‌ی ثبت برند را پرداخت کنید
- شماره اظهارنامه برند و رمزی را که از طریق تلفن برای شما ارسال می‌شود دریافت کنید
- اگر مشکل خاصی در پروسهی تایید برند شما پیش نیاید، نسخه‌ی نهایی برای شما ارسال می‌شود تا آن را امضا کنید. پس از آن شما باید یک نسخه برابر با اصل را برای این اداره ارسال کنید.
مدت زمان ثبت برند در حوزه غذا و رستوران
اگر پیش از اقدام به ثبت برند رستوران یا فستفود خوب به خوبی اقدام به استعلام نام برند کرده باشید و از ثبت نشدن برند مشابه اطمینان پیدا کرده باشید، پروسهی ثبت برند میتواند تا ۴۰ روز طول بکشید. اما اگر به خوبی اقدام به استعلام برند نکرده باشید و نام‌های پیشنهادی برند شما از طرف اداره‌ی مالکیت معنوی برای تغییر عودت شود، زمان مورد نیاز برای ثبت برند رستوران ممکن است افزایش یابد.
